I want to give a special SHOUTOUT to Ma'at aka "The Cycle Priestess" for her PHENOMENAL spin classes. She “tears the house down." I have always known myself for being a fast spinner, but her incorporation of resistance into the sessions has given a new meaning to spinning for me. Her famous word is ‘TRANSFORMATION’; that is what comes with that resistance. I appreciate this push as she reminds the class to get what you came for. Lastly, her closures to our spin class teaches us to be mindful of our thoughts, words, affirmations, and our heart. She has truly put a “spin-on-it” and for that I’m forever grateful. Thank you Ma’at.
